Well Conte clearly was not happy about the plans of signings and sells for this season, but I strongly believe he will assume the NT and that was the key point to leave all of the sudden like he did.

This was terrible for us since there are not good coaches available at the moment, we ended up with Allegri who imo is a terrible coach, he is the kind of guy who uses Balotelli, that's why his job at Milan was terrible and should be the same at Juve :/

And about Adidas, it's only next year (15/16), that was the deal all along, hehe.
