Yeah, but Maggio was left out because he struggled with an injure the last 2 months, it's a shame because he is one of my favorites. I will also miss Balzaretti (out for the same reason), we have no SBs for the WC, that's a problem.
To me Destro is not good enough for the NT, but I would trade Balotelli for him anytime.
I'm just really glad Immobile is in, this is all I wanted for the last 2 years, and if Prandelli uses him instead of Balotelli we have a chance of winning, the rest of the squad is strong enough to at least fight with the other top nations imo.

I agree enough.
And I don't say this because I'm a fan of Roma. If I have to choose Destro or Balotelli, I say Destro for all the life. At least, when the moment comes, he knows how to put the ball inside the target.
Anyway, I'm not too convinced.... Thiago Motta the other day against Ireland, has done the panic!

Agreed.
And Thiago Motta is terrible, only Prandelli would call such a terrible player for a WC. Also Paletta, what is he doing there with players like Astori available?
Prandelli should resign after the WC, we need a new coach.

True!
I had forgotten Astori! I like so much that player.
Not seeing him in the withdrawal of the team, for me has been a surprise..... a bad surprise.
And you think that Prandelli will give up to a contract, fresh of renewal?
You have a candid soul, Dan.
The money move the mountains, you can image if they can remove a coach.
Watch Seedorf:
"Do you want to remove me?..... good! Give me my money"

Well he has signed a new contract 'till 2016 some weeks ago :/
But if he does a terrible WC he could be fired, not sure.
And Seedorf as a coach is just as joke, he was an AMAZING player but he never coached anything in his entire life and than accepts Milan as a first job like that? Lost my respect for him after that, Conte is the example he should have followed if he wanted to be a coach. Learn first from the bottom and earn your space and chance at such a big club only than.

I agree.
About Seedorf, there someone has made a mistake. I mean the leaderships of Milan.
To give a prestigious club, to a man that never has been a coach, has been an error.
Of course, Seedorf what could say? They are a lots of money.
About Prandelli fired. I'm not too sure.
In times of "spending-review" the FIGC never will leave a coach at home, paying him.
Prandelli never will resign. Therefore, my dear Dan, whichever way the World Cup will go, we will have Prandelli until 2016.
It's the same situation of Trapattoni after the WC 2002.
In fact, Trapattoni has remained until the Eurocup 2004.

Trap was, and is very great.
But we have to admit that especially in Eurocup 2004, his choices have been a little questionable.
Outside of the "cookie" between Denmark and Sweden.
Instead, nothing to say about the WC 2002. It was a unlucky championship:
Moreno, legal goal of Izaghi against Croatia, legal goal of Montella against South Korea, and above all the legal golden-goal of Tommasi against South Korea.
