To be more clear about the South American teams.

Clubs: Never, useless to me.
National Teams: I made Brazil, I'm making Uruguay, and I wanna make the future new ones of Chile and Argentina.

So the South American NTs are not my priority, but I like making some of them (the 'bigger' ones) from time to time, just don't have motivation at all for Colombia...
