Lets take Francesco Coco for example, as i can see you want him with 18 years old, so i just google for it, and the best picture i found was this one(here he was 20 years old-Vicenza)


now i send this picture to ChatGPT, and ask like 4 comands

"Restore the photo to 4K quality. Enhance the overall lighting, making it uniform like studio lighting. Create a second image from a side angle. Remove shadows from the face to ensure even and balanced lighting on both sides. Remove the hair strands that are over the eyebrow."

Then the IA give me back in sequence this results

Muchas gracias crack, de hecho ya uso la ia para que me las haga hd las imagenes porque la mayoria estan de baja calidad pero no sabia que prompt utilizar bien
