Kitserver 2011 v10.0.0

Supports: PES 2011 demo, 1.0 and 1.01 game versions.
The following modules are included:
- afs2fs
- speeder

NOTE: The 10.0 version will be the last one done by me. After this release becomes stable (bugs fixed, etc.), the Kitserver project will hopefully be transferred to the new team for future development. This is still being arranged, but i'm optimistic that it will happen.
