Only for injuries or substitutes..... and I don't seem that this is the case.

Maybe, I've been unlucky to not see other similar situations.
Try to imagine the contrary: Roma scored goal at '94, when the referee would have given the extra time until '92.
I could imagine the titles today of "Tuttosport": "Roma has stolen!"
It's easy to say it's all right when you are in the other side of the barrier, my dear friend.
Rocchi has remembered me the referee Moreno: In Ecuador he gave the extra time, (12 minutes!) until the home team did not score a goal.
When the home team scored, he whistled the end of match.
I never said it's all right, I just said the penalties made sense and were fouls, if Rocchi is an idiot and a bad ref it's not my or Juve's fault, right?
What I do always see is Roma fans complaining ALWAYS no matter the results, it's always the same and that is kinda annoying.. If you had won I'm sure nobody would be even be talking about Rocchi because that is exactly what happens when Roma wins, all wrong is forgotten.. Don't know if you are this type of supporter but 90% of Roma supporters act like that and maybe you know that too.
And come on, I think we all know ALL sports papers from Italy are SHIT... hahah
