Yes, I know about the collar, anyway they're only previews to prove the templates, i have all the kits in psd's haha ... for the colors I use "sobreexposición lineal" but I don't know if is the photoshop effect, cause I increase a little the light in PS, cause i play in low quality and a few of brightness cause a have a toaster with internet.

Well, that's the problem probably, you should use the "3 textures method", use 3 layers of texture above the colors, and set them like these:
multiply (50%)
overlay (70%)
multiply (100%)
The % of each one will be chosen based on taste but those will work fine with any texture.
That will give you the best result, try it out.

One last tip, try using something like 141212 for black coloring, cause the one you're using is saturating the texture a little bit.
