Antes te dije algo de usar la IA para poder mejorar la foto te dejo este mensaje citado de evo web:

Cita:Hi dude, before start doing those faces you can always use IA with some prompts to fix the angle and restaure the players appearance to ultra high resolution, you can use ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, give a try and youll see that will be perfect.

Lets take Francesco Coco for example, as i can see you want him with 18 years old, so i just google for it, and the best picture i found was this one(here he was 20 years old-Vicenza)

now i send this picture to ChatGPT, and ask like 4 comands

"Restore the photo to 4K quality. Enhance the overall lighting, making it uniform like studio lighting. Create a second image from a side angle. Remove shadows from the face to ensure even and balanced lighting on both sides. Remove the hair strands that are over the eyebrow."

Then the IA give me back in sequence this results

With this simple things you can make amazing faces, like a pro.
...

Espero que te sirva para mejorar y sigue asi que vas muy bien!
